Selected database products can now be sent to you by e-mail. Databases are available in two formats:

1. Secos 4 Windows - you need to have a licensed copy of Secos* on your computer to use this version. This allows you to work with the data using the full calculation, graph and mapping facilities of Secos. (*Secos is available on the Secos Trends 2000 CD-ROM, with over 2000 tables of accompanying data, but it can also be ordered separately and sent to you by e-mail following the receipt of a credit card payment or an official order.)

2. Excel Workbook (1997 version or later) - data tables are on separate worksheets, which are accessed by hyperlinks from a contents page. Data tables are identical to the Secos version, but you work with the data using the calculation and graphing functions of Excel. Regional data cannot be mapped in this format.

The databases are available as a *Basic License (this covers single users and small department networks of less than 20 PCs) and Network Site Licenses (these cover whole institution use and networks of 20 or more PCs). Database files will normally be e-mailed to you by the end of the next working day.
